Individual therapy - $190/50 minute session

Career & Values Exploration - $190/50 minute session

Career is so much more than a job - it involves all elements of your life and the roles you hold within it. Your values, dreams, goals - everything that builds your identity and sense of what you want in life. If you're feeling stuck or unsure about how to move forward, we can explore your options to come up with new ways of seeing and experiencing the world around you. My Master's research specialized in career development and values exploration.

Online Workshops and Courses

Maybe you like tackling a problem or concern on your own before meeting with another person to work on it. I hear you, because I'm often the same way. I offer evidence-based, user friendly workshops and courses that you can complete on your own schedule, at your own convenience. Watch here for future availability!

Therapeutic Approach

In my work, I tailor my exact approach to the interests, skills, and needs of the client. Some clients prefer a highly structured approach such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, while others benefit from a more flexible, integrated approach. I can provide short-term or long-term therapy, depending entirely on your preference and availability. I have been trained using both models of treatment.
