About Me
I've always been fascinated by stories. I'm captivated as I follow the hero's quest, sit with a heavy heart at their lowest points, root for them as they face their demons, and eagerly celebrate their triumphs.
Counselling allows me to blend my love of stories with helping others in a creative and meaningful way. We are a product of the stories that we tell ourselves about our own abilities and the world around us. I am honoured to work with people as they start to reclaim and change their stories.
I have the training and expertise to offer evidence-based strategies, and I have the compassion and warmth to connect with you and co-create a safe, collaborative environment. I'm an introvert and this lends calmness, gentleness, and reflection to my work. When you are in my virtual office, you have my full attention as I respect your experience and work with you to creatively address the challenges that have been woven into your life story.
